Property damage or missing equipment the guests need to pay for it.

For the loss of a room key, the guests need to pay the amount of 50 euros,

There is no age restriction.

The property holds the right to refuse entry

Guests must leave the property in good order by other check-out 

Please note that electricity consumption over 50 KW per week will be paid by the guest.

Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and there is a penalty of 200 euros

In the case of :

abusive behavior, under the influence of narcotics or high amounts of alcohol, not respecting the property rules (The guests will leave the property immediately and they are not eligible for any sort of refund/ compensation)
