Who we are

This website is run by Koinonia Byzantium Enterprises Ltd (Reg. No. HE6480), trading as Stay In Larnaca, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. We operate four properties in the St. Lazaros quarter of Larnaca: St. Lazarus City Hotel, St. Lazaros Studios, St. Lazaros Studios 2, and Le Mat Hostel. This site exists to show you what those properties are like and to help you get in touch or book a stay.

Making a booking

Reservations are handled through our booking partner, WuBook, not directly by this website. When you book, the information you provide — your name, contact details, stay dates and payment details — is collected and processed by WuBook under its own privacy policy, which you can read at en.wubook.net/page/privacy-17.html.

Contacting us

If you get in touch by email, phone, WhatsApp, or through a contact form on this site, we use whatever information you share with us only to respond to your enquiry. We don't use it for marketing and we don't share it with third parties.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie: a technical one from our WordPress theme that remembers whether your screen is a retina display, so images load at the right resolution. It doesn't track you or identify you, and it isn't used for advertising or analytics.

We don't currently run Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking or advertising tool on this site.

Embedded video

Some pages include a video hosted on Vimeo. It's set to load only when you click to play it — until you do, no connection is made to Vimeo and no data is shared with them. Once you choose to play a video, Vimeo's own privacy policy applies to that interaction.

Hosting

Our website is hosted on servers located in Germany, within the EU.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to ask us what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to object to how it's used. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection if you believe your data has been mishandled.

If how we handle data changes — for example, if we start using an analytics tool or a newsletter signup — we'll update this page to reflect it.
